HOW DOES THE SCHOOL OF ROCK AND SAND WORK?
The School of Rock & Sand is designed to equip business leaders with skills, methods, and mindsets that will unleash growth potential for their companies. We teach the innovative techniques that have been proven to work for companies like yours.
Core topics include strategic thinking, execution planning, talent acquisition and development, and cash generation and conservation.
Lead by veteran coach, Michael Synk, you and your core leadership team, will participate in four intensive quarterly workshops with up to ten other leadership teams that make up your cohort. Each cohort company will create a strategic plan, install best execution practices, and initiate the Gazelles International Growth Roadmap, following this schedule and syllabus.
The School of Rock & Sand’s curriculum is taken directly from Rock & Sand (by Michael Synk). Mastering the Rockefeller Habits and Scaling Up (by Verne Harnish), and copies will be provided to all participants. Additional sources are the Growth Roadmap (Gazelles International) and over 80 classes from the Gazelles Growth Institute.
The School of Rock & Sand provides your team, collectively, with over 200 hours of education and development at a hourly rate of approximately $50 an hour. It’s a reasonable investment that will unleash your organization’s growth.
